Beginners often ask whether they should learn Canva or Photoshop. The honest answer: both have a place.
Canva
Canva is quick and template-based. It is great for social media posts, simple flyers and presentations.
Photoshop
Photoshop gives full control over images, retouching and complex compositions. Professional designers rely on it.
What clients expect
Higher-paying clients usually expect skills in professional tools like Photoshop and Illustrator.
The smart approach
Learn design principles first, then professional tools, and use Canva when speed matters. Our graphic design course covers all of them, along with AI design tools.
